This discovery phase is included for all of our full-service clients and can also be added to custom packages if you’re looking for design support without full planning. We ask questions like, ‘What do you want your guests to feel when they walk into your reception?’ or ‘What are your favorite hobbies or interests as a couple that we can include?

2. Mood Board Creation Next, we take all your ideas—from Pinterest boards to venue vibes—and distill them into a clear visual direction. Think color palette, textures, patterns, and overall atmosphere.

We send our couples a curated design board that includes images, color inspiration, and visual anchors to get us aligned before moving into sourcing.

3. Vendor Collaboration Once your vision is locked in, we bring in our trusted vendors to help bring it to life. From floral designers and rental teams to lighting, signage, and stationery creatives—we work closely with every vendor to ensure the design feels cohesive from every angle.
