What makes C&E different? Every couple works directly with both Carley and Erica throughout the planning process. You'll have two experienced lead planners collaborating on every detail, bringing two perspectives, two problem-solvers, and twice the support.

With bachelor's degrees in Hospitality Management and both having more than a decade of experience producing weddings, corporate events, and luxury celebrations, we combine strategic planning, thoughtful design, and seamless event production.

Growing up in a small (and I mean small) town in upstate New York, I always had a love for weddings, celebrations, and all the little details that make moments feel special. Whether I was planning elaborate Barbie weddings as a kid or watching Say Yes to the Dress, I was always drawn to the excitement and emotion behind bringing people together.

I followed that passion to SUNY Plattsburgh, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and began building my career in the events industry. My first role after college brought me to the United States Military Academy at West Point, where I gained invaluable experience in event management, wedding coordination, and leading teams through complex events. That experience taught me the importance of preparation, organization, and the small details that can transform an event from memorable to truly unforgettable.

Today, as Co-Founder of C&E Event Productions and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), I bring that same attention to detail and passion for creating meaningful experiences to every wedding we plan. I love combining thoughtful design with strategic planning to help couples feel confident, supported, and completely present on their wedding day.

When I'm not planning weddings, you can usually find me with my nose in a book, traveling, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a few of my favorite things: the beach, Taylor Swift, vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles, and a love story that gives me all the feels.

Favorite Wedding Day Moment: Opening the doors before the ceremony and watching the bride take those first steps down the aisle. Seeing the emotion, excitement, and anticipation in those few moments never gets old!

Erica D'Alesandro

I've always been the person who loves planning, organizing, and bringing people together. In fact, when I was 16, I asked my parents if I could plan my own birthday party. From researching vendors to designing the décor and coordinating every detail, I quickly realized I had found what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

That passion led me to earn a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, where I discovered my love for wedding planning. During college, I completed internships with two wedding planning companies—one in Rhode Island and one here in Westchester County—before beginning my career in the wedding industry full-time. Those early experiences taught me that exceptional weddings aren't just about beautiful details—they're about thoughtful planning, outstanding hospitality, and creating an experience that feels effortless for every couple and guest.

Today, as Co-Founder of C&E Event Productions and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), I love helping couples navigate the planning process with confidence. There's nothing more rewarding than watching months of planning come together into a celebration that feels uniquely theirs.

When I'm not planning weddings, you'll find me chasing after my little boy, soaking up summer days at the beach, singing along at a country concert, enjoying an Aperol Spritz (or a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc), cheering on the Miami Dolphins, or searching for my next great cup of coffee.

Favorite Wedding Day Moment: Watching our couples step into their reception space for the very first time and seeing the excitement on their faces as they realize their vision has come to life!
