Where it all Began....

We have experience planning meetings and events for fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and corporate clients but somehow found ourselves always coming back to wedding planning… that’s when C&E Event Productions was born. This is a company built on passion, drive, and pure love for our clients.  There is no bigger honor than allowing us to be part of the biggest day of your life.  We promise to bring the sass, spunk, and style!

I grew up in a small (and I mean really small) town in upstate New York.  I’ve always had a passion for weddings whether it was playing with my Barbies or watching ‘Say Yes to the Dress’.  I pursued my passion at SUNY Plattsburgh where I studied Hospitality Management.  My real introduction to the World of Hospitality was at United States Military Academy… probably not where you thought! After college I landed an Assistant Banquet and Bar Manager position at the Thayer Hotel at West Point. While in this position I learned so much including day-of wedding management, the importance of small details, and how to command a team. When I’m not working you can find me… travelling the world or on my couch, there’s no in-between.

Favorite Part of the Wedding Day... The moment the bride is revealed to her guests and she walks down the aisle. Those few moments truly never get old.

Since I was a little girl my guilty pleasure was planning and organizing. When I was turning 16 years old, I asked my parents if I could plan my own party. That was the moment I knew that I wanted to be an Event Planner.  From hiring the vendors, décor, preparing the day of…I knew that it was something I wanted to pursue.

I decided to attend Johnson and Wales University and take on Hospitality as my major. I took many types of event classes – sports, trade shows, conferences, but my favorite was weddings. I completed two internships during my time at JWU, both with wedding planning companies. One company was in Rhode Island and the other was at home in Westchester where I ended up working full time after college as an Event Assistant. I learned the importance of time management, customer service, and how small details make a difference.

Besides my love for Wedding Planning I also love to have fun. Traveling, being with friends and family, having a nice glass of vino while watching “The Bachelor” are some other things that make me who I am :)

Favorite Part of the Wedding Day... The moment the bride and groom see the ballroom for the first time. They get to see how their dream became a reality!
