Do I need a full-service wedding planner if my venue has a coordinator?
Your venue coordinator works with all things related to your venue – setup, food & beverage, and staffing. While a wedding planner coordinates and manages ALL logistics for your entire wedding day. At C&E Event Productions, we manage your vendors, design details, timelines, overall flow, and so much more to ensure everything is executed exactly as you envisioned. A good wedding planner should make your life easier and make your vendors’ lives easier too!
Are we the right wedding planners for you?
Carley & Erica lead you through the wedding planning process to ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly. We’re more than planners—we’re your design visionaries and your production pros. We create weddings that look beautiful and run seamlessly. With our team onsite the day of your wedding you get to feel like a guest at your own celebration!
When should I book a wedding planner?
We recommend booking your wedding planner 12–18 months before your wedding. This gives you the best selection of venues and vendors, and allows us to guide you through the entire process from day one.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Absolutely! In addition to weddings, we plan and design rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, and full wedding weekends. We also love creating memorable social events (birthdays, showers, anniversaries) and producing seamless corporate events. Whatever the occasion, our team brings the same level of creativity, detail, and flawless execution. Fun Fact: we're also both Certified Meeting Planners (CMP)!
Do you travel for weddings?
We're based in New York, Westchester County to be exact, but we service New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond! We're always up for an adventure!
Do you offer a Day Of Coordination package?
We do! True wedding coordination requires time, planning, and communication in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Our Day of Coordination option is called Wedding Management - because it requires thorough preparation and support so your big day is flawless.
