Carley Tryon, CMP
I grew up in a small town in upstate New York and pursued my passion for hospitality at SUNY Plattsburgh where I studied Hospitality Management. My real introduction to the hospitality world was at the US Military Academy... probably not where you thought! I worked at the Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point as a banquet and bar manager, and then transitioned into a planning role.
Erica D'Alesandro (formerly Erica Block!), CMP
When I turned 16 years old, I asked my parents if I could plan my own sweet-16 party. That was the moment I knew that I wanted to be an Event Planner. I decided to attend Johnson and Wales University and take on Hospitality as my major. I completed two internships during my time at JWU, one company was in Rhode Island and the other was at home in Westchester where I ended up working full time after college as an Event Assistant.

C: I'm engaged! Getting married on 2/19/2023
E: Recently married! I got married on 3/25/2022
5. Favorite part of wedding day:
C: The moment the doors open at the ceremony and the bride walks down the aisle. That moment never gets old!
E: The moment the bride and groom see the ballroom for the first time. They get to see how their dream became a reality!
Why C&E
We met while working for General Electric as corporate meeting planners. We always found ourselves talking about weddings and wedding planning. Long story short... that's where C&E was born! We were tired of always talking about missing weddings, but also wanted to put our own spin on wedding planning and coordination. We want to work with couples who realize the importance of hiring an experienced wedding professional to execute the details on one of the most important days of their lives. Our goal is to help couples create memorable moments on their wedding day, without breaking the bank!
