Package Breakdown

Enhanced Full Planning 

  • Kick off Call: A kick off call with C&E so we understand your wedding vision, overall budget, and priorities! 

  • Weekend Events: Package includes rehearsal dinner and wedding day planning and coordination + (1) additional wedding weekend event such as welcome party, after party, farewell brunch, etc.

  • Budget Creation & Management: Customized and trackable line-item budget based on the parameters discussed. Budget will be updated regularly and payment to vendors tracked for ease.

  • Unlimited Direct Communication: Unlimited hours of direct communication by phone, email, and face to face meetings.

  • Vendor Sourcing: Advice and assistance in choosing all vendors for your wedding.

  • Vendor Meetings: Schedule and attend all necessary vendor meetings (virtually and in person) and provide guidance on decision making

  • Review Vendor Contracts: Review all vendor contracts prior to client signing and advise of any suggested /necessary revisions to protect client and ensure all services/items booked are accurate.

  • Design and Décor Assistance: Assistance with design and décor development including a mood board with diagram and seating arrangement options, floral design concepts, lighting suggestions, selecting specialty linens and rental items.

  • Etiquette Guidance: Etiquette guidance on all aspects of the wedding throughout the wedding planning process, such as invitation wording and attire suggestions

  • Assistance with Invitations: Stuffing, Stamping, Mailing and Tracking RSVPs for the Wedding Day: Assemble, Stuff, Stamp, and Mail Invitations and Receive Guest RSVP cards (tracked in google sheet for client viewing of updated responses). This includes tracking meal choices and dietary restrictions for place cards and the catering staff (if applicable based on the style of the meal).

  • Wedding Website: Creation of your personalized wedding website on the platform of your choice (zola, the knot, etc.).

  • Hotel Room Blocks: Assistance with arranging hotel room blocks for out of town guests for the wedding weekend and monitoring booking capacity

  • Gift Bag Item Procurement and Assembly: Provide a thoughtful and customized list of out-of-town welcome guest box/bag ideas for room block hotels. Order items (with client card or reimbursement), assemble and distribute to room block hotels.

  • Transportation: Assistance in coordinating and managing transportation for wedding party and/or guests between the hotel and off-site ceremony and/or venue location. This includes coordinators at both locations to help wedding party/guests load and unload shuttles and direct them from there.

  • Contact Vendors: Contact all contracted vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary.

  • Timeline Development and Management: Creation of minute by minute wedding day time timeline that is distributed to all wedding vendors, so we're all working as a team using one comprehensive document.

  • Wedding Party Timeline Development: Develop and distribute a detailed weekend itinerary for wedding party

  • Prep: Dedicated C&E staff to assist with bridal party prep and check-in's the morning of your wedding. This will ensure you and your VIPs get to enjoy your morning, while we make sure everything stays on time.

  • Event Coordination and Direction: Coordination and direction of ceremony and reception. This allows you and your fiancé, as well as your friends and family, to enjoy and soak in every special moment throughout the day!

  • Oversee Event Production: Oversee setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception, and ensure all venue guidelines for cleanup are met before leaving. We work, so you can party!

  • Day-Of Transportation Management: Transportation management for wedding party and/or guests between the hotel and off-site ceremony and/or venue location.

  • Vendor Payment Distribution: Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities on wedding day to all vendors.

  • Staffing for Wedding: C&E and staff will be onsite for a minimum of 12 hours on the day of your wedding.

  • Secure Gifts and Personal Items: Secure gifts & personal items at the end of event and load into pre-specified location for client.

  • Emergency Kit: C&E's signature wedding emergency suitcase provided throughout the entire day.

Enhanced Partial Planning 

  • Kick off Call: A kick off call with C&E so we understand where you are in the planning process, what your wedding vision is, and how we can step in to assist!

  • Review Executed Vendor Contracts: Review your finalized vendor contracts and advise of any suggested or necessary revisions.

  • Preferred Vendor List: Access to our preferred vendor list upon booking to help with your vendor search.

  • Organizational Templates: Access to our templates upon booking to help keep you organized throughout the wedding planning process. Templates include a budget tracker, ceremony template, reception template, and tip guide. 

  • Transportation: Assistance in coordinating and managing transportation for your wedding party and/or guests between the hotel and off-site ceremony and/or venue location.

  • Planning Meetings: (5) One-hour virtual or face-to-face meetings to discuss contracted vendors and obtain an understanding of the vision and goals for the event. These meetings may include, but are not limited to; design meeting, logistics meeting, venue site visit, planning check-in's, and a final details meeting.

  • Design Assistance: Assistance with design development including a mood board with diagram and seating arrangement options, floral design concepts, lighting suggestions, selecting specialty linens and rental items.

  • Sourcing Design Vendors: C&E will source all vendors related to your wedding design, décor, and stationery. 

  • Stationery and Décor Assistance: Assistance with stationery and day of décor design to ensure all wedding elements have a cohesive look and feel. This includes, but is not limited to: save the dates, wedding invitations, escort board, welcome sign, bar signage, menu cards, etc. 

  • Customized Bi-weekly Checklists: Customized bi-weekly checklists starting 6-months from your wedding date, with tasks to keep our clients on track and held accountable.

  • Check In Calls: Starting 6 months from your wedding date; check-in calls or emails as needed to review bi-weekly checklists, answer questions, and discuss any upcoming deadlines.

  • Diagram Assistance: Assistance in creating diagrams for the reception that work well for all vendors. This will take place once you have received your RSVPs and have a firm guest count.

  • Contact Vendors: Contact all contracted vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary.

Partial Planning 

  • Kick off Call: A kick off call with C&E so we understand where you are in the planning process, what your pain points are, and how we can step in to assist!

  • Preferred Vendor List: Access to our preferred vendor list upon booking to help you with your vendor search.

  • Sourcing up to (3) wedding related vendors: C&E will assist the couple in sourcing up to three wedding related vendors, with the exception of your wedding venue.

  • Organizational Templates: Access to our templates upon booking to help keep you organized throughout the wedding planning process. Templates include a budget tracker, ceremony template, reception template, and tip guide.

  • Review Executed Vendor Contracts: Review your finalized vendor contracts and advise of any suggested or necessary revisions.

  • Transportation: Assistance in coordinating and managing transportation for your wedding party and/or guests between the hotel and off-site ceremony and/or venue location.

  • Staffing for Wedding: C&E staff will be onsite for 12 hours on the day of your wedding. If additional hours are needed, they can be added for a fee.

  • Secure Gifts and Personal Items: Secure gifts & personal items at the end of event and load into prespecified location for client.

  • Emergency Kit: C&E's wedding emergency suitcase provided throughout the entire day.

Wedding Management: 

Please note: We commit to 1 wedding per day to give our brides the best possible experience! During peak months (May- November), our wedding management package may not be booked until your wedding date is within 8 months and is subject to availability.

  • Planning Meetings: (2) One-hour meetings to discuss contracted vendors and obtain an understanding of the vision and goals for the event. These meetings include a logistics consultation and final details meeting.

  • Review Executed Vendor Contracts: Review your finalized vendor contracts and advise of any suggested or necessary revisions.

  • Contact Vendors: Contact all contracted vendors prior to the event to confirm and discuss itinerary.

  • Timeline Development and Management: Creation of minute by minute wedding day timeline that is distributed to all wedding vendors.
